Trump Donald (“Trump Donald" or "we") is a political action committee formed to defeat Donald Trump in the 2020 United States Presidential Election. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy"). This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you use our website ( or contact us. As used in this policy, the term “personal information” means information which may be used to identify or contact an individual, such as name, home address, or email address.

Types of Information We Collect About You
We collect both Personal Information and Anonymous Information, each as defined below, in connection with your use of the Trump Donald Services. Information that is not Personal Information or Anonymous Information is governed by the Terms of Service.
  1. Personal Information. "Personal Information" is information which may be used to identify or contact an individual, such as your name, home address, or email address. How We Collect and Use Information
  1. Information You Provide. When you contribute to Trump Donald, you must provide your name, email address, credit card information, billing address, mailing address, occupation, employer, and, if you choose to connect your Twitter account, Twitter authentication credentials. Campaign finance law requires that we collect your name, address, occupation, and employer information along with details of your donation and report this information in our reports to the Federal Election Commission (FEC) or the relevant respective state agency. FEC reports containing this information are publicly available on the FEC website. State reports are typically available through the state agency designated to oversee campaigns and elections. Trump Donald does not publicly report your personal information in connection with your charitable or social welfare giving.
    1. Email Address. We require your email address when you donate so that we can email you a receipt. We may add your email address to our email list where we may send email updates and requests for donations. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing us at and requesting to unsubscribe. Please allow up to a week for processing.
    2. Twitter. If you choose to connect your Twitter account to Trump Donald, we will collect Twitter access tokens that allow us to post to Twitter on your behalf. We will use this to respond to @realDonaldTrump from your account as outlined in our Terms of Service.
    3. Credit Card Information. We securely transmit your credit card information to our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store this information on our servers. All credit card information is handled in accordance with current Stripe’s secure payment portal.
    4. Third Party Vendors. Payment processing on is provided by Stripe. Trump Donald may share your personal data with this and other third parties in connection with the processing of your contributions or other services we offer. In such cases, we will use or share only as much of your personal information as is required for this purpose. We will not use your personal information nor release it to any other party without your permission, unless we believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, violations of our terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.
  2. Information Collected Automatically When Using the Trump Donald Services. We automatically collect certain information about how you use and interact with the Trump Donald Services like your IP address, browser type, the domain names visited, and access times. Trump Donald uses session cookies and persistent cookies to identify that you have previously accessed the Trump Donald Services. A cookie is a small file placed on the hard drive of your computer. You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain features of the Trump Donald Services.     3. Business Transfers. We may transfer your Personal Information in the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or in the event of bankruptcy. We may also share your Personal Information with our parent company, subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under common control that we may have now, or in the future, in which case we will require them to honor the terms of this Privacy Policy.

We have no control over, and shall not be responsible for, the Payment Service’s use of information that we send them for purposes of processing your payment.
